Step One: Never hit the "Report Junk E-mail" or "
"Report and block sender" buttons under the "Junk" option in your Inbox (Figure 1).
Hitting these buttons may prevent you from getting e-mail from us.

Add myhandwriting .com email addresses to your "Safe List"

Starting from your Hotmail Inbox,

• Click on Options at the top of the screen (next to tabs)
• Under Mail handling, choose Safe List
• Add the following domains to your Safe List (Figure 2)
myhandwriting.com
handwritinguniversity.com
